Corrugated suction and delivery hose transport of abrasive media. An alternative to the SIGMA hose.

• Tube: black smooth antistatic NR/SBR (R<10⁶ Ω/m), very resitant to abrasion
• Reinforcement: high tensile textile inserts and a steel spriral
• Cover: corrugated black CR with textile print and is electric conductive (R<10⁶ Ω/m), and abrasion and weather resistant

Temperature range: -35°C up to +70°C

Abrasion loss of the tube: rubber compound according to DIN 53516 50± 5 mm³

Other versions upon demand:

• brown smooth NR rubber compound for abrasive products
• white smooth NR rubber compound for food quality according to FDA
• black smooth antistatic EPDM rubber for chemical products

Flange system specially designed for this type of hose, to be fitted as 2 halves on outside cover of hose. This gives a complete smooth passage. This hose can be supplied complete with standard bolt-on spleet flange couplings according to UNI 2277 PN 10, and standard rubber gaskets.
